This model was designed with both the practitioner and the patient in mind.
The chair is fully automated, featuring a backrest that inclines up to 70° and an integrated head cushion. Quick-release handrails and pull bars enhance the bed’s functionality, especially during labour.

Preset 1
Home
Deliveries will start and end in this position when the “HOME” icon is pressed on the handheld remote control.
For ease of getting on and off the birthing bed, this preset will lower the bed to 600mm from the ground, raise the backrest to 60°, and retract the leg support beneath the bed.
Preset 2
Supine Low / Raised
By using the multifunction handheld remote control, the Elethiya Birthing Bed can achieve the supine position with a touch of a button. In this position, the bed can be raised from a base height of 600mm to a maximum height of 1000mm, and the leg piece will be raised from below the bed.
Additionally, the backrest features a CPR function that can be accessed from both sides of the bed.
Preset 3
Active Phase with Foot / Calf Support
During the active phase, the practitioner can make fine adjustments to position the patient for optimal ergonomics. While in this position, the pelvic tilt can be adjusted from 0° to 12°.
Individually-adjustable foot and calf supports, with automated width and height settings, ensure unobstructed access for the practitioner.
Additionally, removable grab handles for the patient can be fitted on both sides of the bed, if desired.
