A Revolutionary Examination Chair
The Phantom III Lux incorporates all the essential features required for ultimate comfort for both the examiner and the patient.
Dual Purpose
This chair offers positions for both gynaecology and obstetrics. With preset functions programmed into our state-of-the-art software, the patient will get into the correct examination position effortlessly.

Preset 1
Home
To facilitate easy access to and from the examination chair,
this preset will lower the chair to 550mm above the ground, raise the backrest to 65°, and lower the foot-raisers to 0°.
After completing the examination, hold down the ‘HOME’ button, and the chair will return to its initial position.
Preset 2
Gynaecology Position
This position can be achieved when the “GYN” icon is pressed on the handheld remote control.
The examination chair will be raised to a height of 890mm above the ground. The backrest will lower to 40°, and the footrests will elevate the patient’s legs to 30° with an additional 8° of Trendelenburg. The foot raisers are manually laterally adjustable up to 20° on either side.
Once the preset is defined, finer adjustments can be made using the handheld remote control.
*All the above movements occur simultaneously, except for the finer and manual adjustments.
Preset 3
Obstetrics Position
This position can be achieved by pressing the ‘OBS’ icon on the handheld remote control. The electronically-controlled leg support will extend horizontally from beneath the seating location, while the backrest simultaneously lowers to 10°.
The manually-removable foot raisers used in the ‘GYN’ position can be removed if required. The armrests can be individually swung back to avoid access restriction during this procedure.
Once the preset is defined, finer adjustments can be made using the handheld remote control.
